Setting up a new production company
You may have seen the news on social media that Dianne and I are setting up our own production company. This is a huge step, but it’s one we’ve been talking about for a while, and we’re both tremendously excited.
We will be looking at a wide range of opportunities in video and audio content, and our plan is to have at least one publishing imprint, so we can publish adult, YA and MG novels, novellas and graphic novels in the genres of science fiction, fantasy, horror, and mystery.
At this stage, all the action is going on behind the scenes. There’s a website being designed, a company name to be registered, and paperwork to be signed-off, etc. So, we’re not going to rush anything. It’s better to get everything right before we launch.
With that in mind, please note that we are not open to submissions or pitches yet.
As George Harrison once sang:
It's gonna take time
A whole lot of precious time
It's gonna take patience and time, mmm
To do it, to do it, to do it, to do it, to do it
To do it right, child
Until the company website goes live, Dianne will be maintaining an updated FAQ on her blog, so check there if you have any questions.
In the meantime, wish us luck!
